| I have been practicing in St Anthony Park providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals
and businesses since leaving the Big Eight accounting firm Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., now known as KPMG. My expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth
services such as software installation and maintenance as well as financial planning. |

I have built up significant experience in tax compliance and computer application. My specialty is individual and small business tax compliance. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of CPA's. I received my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of
Missouri in Columbia. I began my career in St Louis with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co now known as KPMG." |

"I have enjoyed a professional association with Dan Bane since 2001. I practice in the areas of individual and small business tax preparation, planning and compliance. I received my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota in 1967. I have 40 years of tax preparation experience. I began my career with Deliotte & Touche as an intern and continued in their employ for 5 years before leaving to enter private industry. I worked for Dayton Hudson Corporation and Control Data Corporation for a total of 24 years and then as a partner in my own company. I also operate a real estate management and consulting practice." |
